Instructions, general descriptions, and user guidance are governed by the README.txt.
This website reflects a public summary and presentation of the software. It does not override the README.txt, LICENSE.txt or EULA.txt.
In unclear cases, LICENSE.txt takes precedence.
3. Art Debugger's Access - Legal Terms
This section refers exclusively to the delivery system used to verify NFT ownership and provide access to gated content.
It does not govern the software artworks themselves, which are covered in Section 2.
Art Debugger’s Access is a secure framework for connecting blockchain-based ownership (via wallet verification) with private file delivery.
It acts as middleware between the user’s wallet and the hosted content, and is not part of the artwork or its license.
Purpose
Art Debugger's Access is designed to:
Verify NFT ownership using the connected wallet (MetaMask or WalletConnect)
Check token ownership via the Moralis API
Unlock private download links if valid ownership is confirmed
The system only grants access when:
A valid NFT is detected
The request originates from an allowed source domain
Security & Data Handling
The system reads your public wallet address only
No transactions are initiated and no private keys or signatures are ever requested
Wallet authentication is handled via standard Web3 tools
All server logic runs on a secure backend (hosted via Render)
The server uses environmental variables for secret management
No cookies, tracking, or personal data is stored
Experimental Status
Art Debugger's Access is an experimental tool. It may:
Change or be discontinued without notice
Behave unexpectedly in some browsers or wallets
Be subject to temporary downtime, updates, or restrictions
By using it, you accept that access is not guaranteed, and Art Debugger provides no liability for errors, incompatibility, or failed access attempts.
Sharing & Redistribution
All links provided through Art Debugger's Access are confidential.
Download links are intended only for the verified wallet address
Public sharing or redistribution of these links or the downloaded files is strictly prohibited
Abuse may result in permanent blocking of future access
Legal Scope
Art Debugger's Access is covered by the same legal framework as other elements of this site:
Governed by Israeli law
Bound by the same general terms in Section 1
Not part of the NFT or software license itself - it is a delivery mechanism only
If you are using Art Debugger's Access, you must also comply with:
The public disclaimers on this site
The software's individual legal documents:
Notice Regarding IPFS Hosting
Some content (including original software versions and cheat code files) is hosted via IPFS, a decentralized file storage system. While access to these files is technically gated using Art Debugger’s Access (via wallet verification), the decentralized nature of IPFS means that full deletion or guaranteed exclusivity cannot be assured.
If any file or link is shared outside the intended delivery mechanism, this constitutes a breach of license. Art Debugger is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from IPFS persistence or third-party redistribution.
By using this platform or acquiring an NFT, you acknowledge and accept this technical limitation.
In short
This tool bridges NFT verification and file delivery. It is safe, simple, and experimental - use it wisely.
Security Update - May 2025
During early testing, a short window existed where the original software files and cheat code lists were theoretically accessible to anyone who manually extracted the IPFS links from the token page on Manifold.
While access required technical knowledge and no NFTs were purchased at the time, the issue has since been resolved.
Today, all protected content is securely hosted through our Art Debugger's Access framework, which verifies NFT ownership using wallet authentication.
External platforms can no longer serve or preserve these files on their own.
As with any decentralized storage system, content that was briefly accessible may technically remain available to parties who accessed it during that time. We believe this is unlikely and are confident that our current access protections are robust.
Thank you for your understanding. We remain fully committed to transparency, security, and creative freedom.
